Bloomerang, aka Art Conforti has years of broad & insightful knowledge of our "peculiar" industry. I've had other companies fall short and at greater expense to me. Leading his team he has discovered some of the most ingenious programs: (1) to incentivize us as business owners; (2) to reach down into our staff performance; and (3) to keep finding creative ways to attract new customers and retain those "we think" we already have. He doesn't do this once in a while. Every month I look forward to his latest upgrade. Bottom line, increasing revenue is their major objective. I'm a good marker having gone from #27 on a back page to a consistent #1. And with multiple accounts, Art continues to remain personable enough to keep up with my many concerns, so he'll just call with, "How's it going?" I like that.
